By purchasing or using SuiteApp products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
SuiteApp offers an NFC-based hardware wallet card ("the Card") designed exclusively for cold storage of cryptocurrency private keys. The Card is a passive storage device — it does not connect to the internet, process transactions autonomously, or provide any custodial services.
The Card supports cold storage only. It cannot be used to swap, buy, sell, or bridge cryptocurrencies directly. All transactions must be initiated and signed through a compatible third-party application (e.g., Edge Wallet).
You are solely responsible for:
SuiteApp is not liable for any loss of cryptocurrency resulting from loss of the Card, disclosure of your seed phrase, or failure to maintain proper backups.
All orders are subject to acceptance by SuiteApp. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before shipment. We accept cryptocurrency and bank transfer payments. Credit card payments are temporarily unavailable in certain regions.
Free worldwide shipping is provided on all orders. Estimated delivery times of 5–10 business days are approximate and may vary due to customs, local postal conditions, or force majeure events.
We accept returns of unused, unopened Cards within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@suite-app.eu.com. Cards that have been initialized or that show signs of use cannot be returned for security reasons.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
All content on suite-app.eu.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of SuiteApp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
The Card is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SuiteApp does not warrant that the Card will be compatible with all devices or software, or that it will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuiteApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Card.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the Card giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Card or this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
